Chrissy Teigen doesn’t hold back when it comes to answering critics.

Troll her about breastfeedingparenting or other topics and she’s gonna bulls-eye you with a dose of get-serious or get the helloffmy feed.

So it makes sense that she would insist on straight talk from herself.

Over the weekend, the former supermodel-turned-bestselling cookbook author asked herself on Twitter, “How do I eat like this?”

Then she answered with the truth we’ve come to expect.

“Basically I am 20 pounds heavier than I was before Miles,” she wrote. “he’s 10 months old. I never lost the last bit because I just love food too much. Just coming to terms with my new normal, when I had this certain number for so long!”

Love food too much? Hmmm … who does that sound like? Almost everyone!

Teigen, who has been open about her struggles with postpartum depression, added in a follow-up Tweet that she’d rather be where she is now, physically and emotionally, than where she used to be.

“The thinnest I’ve ever been was right after Luna. Postpartum depression. I’LL TAKE THESE POUNDS AND THIS FEELING!”

Teigen gave birth to Luna in 2016 and Miles in May 2018.

Earlier in the weekend, Teigen gave people a glimpse into her love of food by first tweeting that she and husband John Legend went to Highland Park and ordered, “I’m serious, everything on the menu.” Then came apple fritters, ice cream, Korean BBQ  and meatball subs at home, she wrote.

A few hours later, she Tweeted that she had a craving for a holiday meal, writing: “It’s been too long since thanksgiving. I’m gonna make thanksgiving dinner tonight.”

It really has been too long since Thanksgiving dinner.
